DGProtection has been an official affiliate of the International Code of Conduct Association (ICoCA) since 2025. Training of the safety experts deployed
Qualified safety specialists are the foundation of our company. We ensure that all our employees are trained to the highest standards and undergo continuous further training.
Our security specialists undergo in-depth basic training in accordance with the VSSU CEC, which includes theoretical and practical training. This includes the legal framework, de-escalation techniques, conflict management and compliance with ethical principles in the security industry. The training is completed with a final examination and a recognized course diploma.
In addition, all employees are introduced to our management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and the environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001. They learn how quality assurance and environmental protection are integrated into day-to-day work to ensure sustainable and efficient processes.
