What is the demeanor of your doormen?

Our doormen typically wear dark suits and ties, but can be dressed exactly according to your CI/CD specifications. Politeness, discretion, and a well-groomed appearance are basic requirements.

In challenging situations, we focus on professional de-escalation and calm clarification of the situation. Our employees are specifically trained for such situations. In addition, we work with the customer in advance to draw up a specification sheet so that our approach is clearly defined and consistently follows the customer's guidelines and expectations.

Depending on the scope of the order, we put together a dedicated team that is presented to the customer for approval; minimal rotation ensures continuity and cover in the event of holidays or illness. The monthly plans are drawn up in advance by our planning department and made available to the customer for a transparent overview.

We operate throughout Switzerland, focusing on the luxury shopping districts in Zurich (Bahnhofstrasse), Geneva (Rue du Rhône), Lausanne, Basel, and St. Moritz.
